Tie on your apron and learn the art of Chinese Cooking in Mandarin and English. We will saute, deep fry, steam, and pickle!
Parents and kids enjoy our lovely dishes at the end of each day. Campers over age eight should be experienced with knives and kitchen clean up by start date.
Mandarin instruction will be based on group ability.
Time 9:30 am to 3:00; Tastings from 3:00-3:30
